Barre Attack

A dynamic fusion of Pilates, Bal­let and Fit­ness.  It’s an all body work­out using the clas­sic Bal­let Barre that attacks those dreaded prob­lem areas — legs, butt, thighs and arms. Renee Scott, the cre­ator of Barre Attack says:

HIIT Barre

A 30 minute high intensity barre class designed to get you working to 80 % of your maximum heart rate with intervals such as 30 seconds work: 10 seconds rest. This helps you burn fat more efficiently and increases your overall health and fitness. 5 minute warm up followed by 20 minutes of work and 5 minutes of stretching. HIIT Barre uses the ballet barre, bands, balls, light weights and your own bodyweight. Cardio burns calories and gets you fitter and this is a fun, energetic way to do that. Appropriate for all fitness levels as you work at your own pace.

 Barre Burn

A 45 minute class designed to create challenge and change in the muscles through 3 phases of movement in the one exercise. Equipment such as small bands and light weights are used .This form of exercise creates long, lean muscle that every girl loves. Utilising the Ballet Barre, the workout is a fusion of ballet and bodyweight exercises with Pilates style movements. This class focuses on body toning only and does not include cardio exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels.

 Barre/Pilates

A 60 minute class that is half Barre, half Pilates. This class shapes and tones the body with a major emphasis on the core; improving core and pelvic floor strength. Bands, balls, weights and circles are used to create long, lean muscle. Ideal for pilates lovers who are looking at progressing in their fitness without taking a huge step to do it. Suitable for all fitness levels.
