Barre Attack

A dynamic fusion of Pilates, Bal­let and Fit­ness.  It’s an all body work­out using the clas­sic Bal­let Barre that attacks those dreaded prob­lem areas — legs, butt, thighs and arms. Renee Scott, the cre­ator of Barre Attack says:

Barre Express

This is a 30 minute class that is fast paced and works legs and butt like a treat! You leave sweating as you are run through lots of full body and micro movements getting the best out of the muscles. Great music and lots of changes in exercises makes this class fun and effective!

 Barre Core

A 45 minute class designed to create challenge and change in the muscles through 3 phases of movement in the one exercise. Equipment such as small bands and light weights are used .This form of exercise creates long, lean muscle that every girl loves. Utilising the Ballet Barre, the workout is a fusion of ballet and bodyweight exercises with Pilates style movements. This class focuses on body toning only and does not include cardio exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels.

 Barre Sculpt and Tone

This class is amazing for toning to the whole body! We use light to heavier weights, bands, balls, pilate circles and sliders in this class which gives you the best range for optimum toning. Clients love this class and are challenged by the longer intervals in each exercise. One of our favourites!
