Strength and Cardio Training in the Great Outdoors!

Overview

Boot camp is a 45 min outdoor session that combines strength training and cardio to get you the best weight and Fitness results possible!

We add in some team building games for a bit of fun. These still make you work!
Boot camp will help you shape your body and lose weight whilst having fun!

All Fitness levels are catered for!

Class time:  7.15am every Saturday РRain, Hail or Shine!!

Location:  Bulleen Park, Bulleen Rd, Bulleen (opposite Marcellin College)

Bring a mat and drink bottle.
