The Newest HIIT Workout

HIIT is a 30 min High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class. It is an excellent and efficient form of training to burn more fat and create fantastic muscle tone.To burn fat you need to change the resting metabolism, work big muscle groups with simple , high intensity intervals and get quick results.
Working this way has been proven to burn calories for up to 48 hours.

This class is about variety.  One week you might get tabata, one week intervals, you just don’t know what you’re going to get but know that you will be challenged!
