A 45 min class specifically designed to tone and shape both the upper and lower body using equipment such as light- heavier weights, kettlebells, medicine balls and sandbags. This class has minimal cardio for those who just want to focus on muscle development and definition.
Classes are different each time to ensure the body is challenged, no body pump classes here! All fitness levels welcome.
