Over the past 4 years I have lost and regained up to 6kg, but never really felt like I was beating it. Other trainers worked me really hard on the weights and I felt as though I was becoming bulky instead of lean, and they didn’t really take an interest in me, the person and my goals.
Michelle has trained me very differently to the other 4 trainers that I have had. I have lost 5kg, and am fitter and stronger and I look leaner than I have in years. I’m always motivated to go to my personal training sessions as I don’t have a trainer that is standing over me pushing me to do the same exercises each session. Instead Michelle works with me encouraging me every step of the way, always reminding me of my posture and form.
What I like the most about Michelle’s approach is that she tailors my work outs to accommodate my needs and suit my strengths and weaknesses. You never know what you will be doing when you arrive. When I think I have done as much as I can, Michelle always makes me find that little bit more that I didn’t know I had and ensures that I have worked out to my maximum capacity
