Our Classes

Barre Class Overview

A dynamic fusion of Pilates, Bal­let and Fit­ness.  It’s an all body work­out using the clas­sic Bal­let Barre that attacks those dreaded prob­lem areas — legs, butt, thighs and arms. Renee Scott, the cre­ator of Barre Attack says:

“Barre Attack is designed to give clients a sexy body con­fi­dence. It helps with pos­ture, flex­i­bil­ity, bal­ance and def­i­nitely helps with over­all fit­ness, stay­ing trim and get­ting toned. Best of all though it’s fun!”.

Boxing Class Overview

Our boxing classes are high energy, fun and very effective for toning up, stripping fat and relieving stress. Boxing is great for developing great muscle definition and tone to the upper body. These classes are 45 mins and are designed to get your heart rate pumping. You will build up a sweat and burn calories for up to 24 hours. The combination of boxing and cardio drills with kickboxing moves keeps the classes different and fun and ensures that you get a whole body workout.

Pilates Class Overview

Pilates at BodyVision is the Athletic Pilates system created by Studio Pilates International in Brisbane. This style of Pilates incorporates exercises that target the core, butt, thighs, back & pelvic floor, with specific emphasis on improvement in postural weaknesses. Matwork classes make use of bands, circle and balls to get the most out of every exercise. Pilates will give you the narrow, toned waist that every girl loves. Classes are suitable for all ability levels.

Toning Class Overview

A 45 min class specifically designed to tone and shape both the upper and lower body using equipment such as light- heavier weights, kettlebells, medicine balls and sandbags. This class has minimal cardio for those who just want to focus on muscle development and definition.
Classes are different each time to ensure the body is challenged, no body pump classes here! All fitness levels welcome.

Metafit Class Overview

Metafit is a 30 min High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class. It is an excellent and efficient form of training to burn more fat and create fantastic muscle tone.To burn fat you need to change the resting metabolism, work big muscle groups with simple , high intensity intervals and get quick results.
Working this way has been proven to burn calories for up to 48 hours. Metafit classes cater to a variety of fitness levels and provide the challenge needed to progress further.
