Option 2 – Premium
The Premium option is about taking the 8 week challenge to the next level. If you are after maximum results – this is the option for you!
It includes everything in the foundation option as well as 1 Small group PT session per week, taking definition & body sculpting to next level & including strength progress tracking weekly
