I came to Michelle 4 years ago with severed ACL and medial ligaments in one knee, a weak second knee and pain in my hips. I have exercised all my life but my body was rapidly starting to define what I could and couldn’t achieve in sport and was proving to be very debilitating.
I started with Michelle as a PT client and she slowly worked with my limited movement to strengthen the muscles in my knees, hips and legs. After a year I was able to start group classes which have proven to be of great benefit from a fitness point of view.
Michelle incorporated exercises that worked specifically on my legs into her classes and today I feel I can do almost everything everyone else in the class can do. I greatly appreciate the effort she has applied to my rehabilitation.
