Michelle’s explanations of the exercises were clear and I started to see the positive changes in my body and it did indeed help with normal training as my core strength improved. With that came an unexpected benefit- I grew 2cms in my 50th year. Pilates helped me stand taller at a time when most of us start to shrink. I highly recommend Michelle’s pilates classes.
