Mixed fitness classes are 45 minutes long and are designed to get the best results possible in the shortest amount of time. The body responds to variety and working different muscle groups in different ways. Turn up to a BodyVision mixed fitness class and you will get one of the following types of workouts.

Interval Training

An all over body workout done to interval times e.g., 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest x 3 rounds. These classes use weights, sandbags, Ugi balls, steps, bodyweight. Designed to be challenging but also modified to suit your fitness level- beginner to advanced.

Tabata/Crossfit style

Workouts that will challenge you to reach your highest fitness level wherever you are at. Short, high intensity bursts of work performed to time or repetitions. You record your time or reps for each exercise and try to beat your score on the next round. Love a challenge!


The original group fitness workout is still the best! This training style is an all-in-one workout. Work your entire body at cardio & conditioning stations. Reach your goals faster with this great way of training.
