This class is our entry class to weight training, teaching you the foundations of technique and form when using weights.
It is specifically designed to tone and shape both the upper and lower body using equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and sandbags.
Increasing the size of the weights used in this class is highly encouraged and the trainer is there to make sure your form and technique is spot on.
This class has no cardio for those who just want to focus on tone and muscle definition.
Classes are different each time to ensure the body is challenged.
Our toning classes are based in Bulleen and all fitness levels are welcome.
