Having taken part in fitness and weightloss challenges before I know that the program I’ve just completed at Body Vision Health and Fitness is sustainable beyond the 8 week commitment.  What you don’t realize when deciding to take part in this program is the camaraderie, the laughs, the tears, the change in mindset and the new friends that you will finish up with.

I have enjoyed every moment of this program and I’m thrilled that Michelle is continuing to offer a variation of the program for those who want to repeat the 8 week challenge.  This program is for the supreme athlete AND for those who have never exercised, follow the program and you will achieve more than just weight loss and significant body shape changes.  You will feel “Alive”!  See you at the next challenge.
