I just wanted to say how great The Healthy LifePlan Program is, I enjoyed the fitness sessions as much as the challenge itself. I ended the program with great results, and I will continue following the healthy life approach, because, it is a realistic way to approach food and exercise. I would highly recommend this Program to anyone wanting to be “a better self”. It does take commitment and self determination and that in itself is a great reason to undertake such a challenge, it uncovered that I am dedicated to a healthier me. The support from Michelle was invaluable along the way and it was always encouraging to see Michelle acknowledge progress weekly.
I look forward to the months ahead to see how much more I can improve my fitness and health. I have tried so many different things along the way. This program had the right balance, which included like minded focused women to inspire and achieve amazing results.
Michelle, I am sure you will do amazing things in the future with this approach. Good on you.
