This class is a 30 min interval based class set in a circuit format that will increase metabolism and therefore increase fat burning. Combining cardio with weights will help strengthen the body and improve fitness and body shape as the body loses fat by burning maximum calories in one workout.

Pilates at BodyVision is the Athletic Pilates system created by Studio Pilates International in Brisbane. This style of Pilates incorporates exercises that target the core, butt, thighs, back & pelvic floor, with specific emphasis on improvement in postural weaknesses. Matwork classes make use of bands, circle and balls to get the most out of every exercise. Pilates will give you the narrow, toned waist that every girl loves. Classes are suitable for all ability levels.
